Creation of a sanitary, conditioned water system and fire-fighting water system to serve a new operating headquarters for a logistics company. Given the large size of the site, the district heating technique was used to distribute heat from the production plant to the various users. A distribution ring was created covering most of the outside perimeter of the storage area (more than 1000 meters of piping). Given the particularity of the structure inside the warehouse (shelves covering nearly the entire height of the structure) and the type of material stored inside (handbags and clothing), it proved necessary to create a high capacity ESFR-type sprinkler system.
